7969 Club (Formerly "Peanuts" now known as "Pumps")
7969 Santa Monica Blvd., W. Hollywood, CA
(213) 654-0280

Okay, let me just say that this place is the fuckin' bomb! The hottest Transsexuals in Southern California hands down. Most of your favorite TS stars also hang out there (Gia Darling, Alyssa, Sierra, Vo, Geneva, Pamela Fontini, Kim Devine, Sapphire, to just name a few). If you've got the money or if they just think you're cute you might even take one of them home. A meat market (pun intended) of the highest degree. No crotch is safe, as sex-starved trannies just walk up to you and boldly grab your most precious posession.

The club is on Friday and Monday nights - starting at 11:00pm. But the club doesn't get jumpin til around midnight. On friday nights they have a little show where TS's and TV's perform to their favorite songs. Sometimes it's okay but generally boring. If you're ever in West Hoolywood on one of these nights I highly recommend checking this place out. The cover is $10 and drinks are average club prices.

French Quarters Market Cafe
Right next door to Peanuts (7969).

Some of the girls have a quick bite their before the club, but it mostly caters to the gay community. Most of the waiters are gay. But the food and service are incredible. I wouldn't recommend going to the restroom their as your often to find a gay guy trying to get a piece of you. So, if your not down with that just eat your food, don't look around too much, and wait til the club opens to go the bathroom.

Large location, on several floors, and features a dungeon room and various nooks and crannies for your viewing and participating pleasures! A snack bar and XXX video room also available. Closed to the TV/TS crowd on the third friday of the month. A fetish ball, however, is held on the third Saturday.

Regularly scheduled Drag Shows.
phone: 818-506-5619
Closed Mondays and Tuesdays
showtime all other days at 9:00

Another popular LA area club. But this place doesn't hold a candle to 7969. Mostly CD's and TV's. Imagine David Duchovny in heels (ala Twin Peaks) and you get the idea. There's always a few cuties but you have to wade through the uglies, like a running back through a cavalcade of defensive linemen (I'm not kidding some of them probably played college ball) just to stand in a line of a dozen other guys all fighting over the same TS. If it's a non Peanuts night and your in the area check it out. Just don't expect to meet the girl of your dreams.

The Yukon Mining Company
7328 Santa Monica Blvd, West Hollywood, CA.
(818) 851-8833.
24 hr diner style restaurant.

This place goes hand in hand with Peanuts (7969) as after the club closes most of the girls head to the Yukon for a bite to eat. The service sucks (expect to wait 30 minutes for a waiter to take your order and an hour for the food to arrive), the food is okay, but the atmosphere is awesome.
